  • Yes, we do! We have a wide range of HEMA-free shellac and acrylic monomers, perfect for clients with sensitivities or allergies. Our range of BIAB are also HEMA-free.

  • We don’t encourage acrylics on anyone under 14. For clients aged 14 and under, we need parental consent. Young nails are more delicate, and their active lifestyle makes them more prone to breakage, so we ask parents to understand the risks before giving the go-ahead.

    • Removal: If you didn’t want a new set applied after. Just a full removal, including a tidy-up of your natural nails and cuticles.

    • Soak-off: Booked with a new set to remove your old one first.

    Example: If you have acrylics on, and you want to swap to BIAB, book a removal (of acrylic), along with a BIAB overlay.

    If you have shellac currently on, and you’d like to continue with shellac, book a soak off instead of a removal as it is the same nail medium being used.

    Hot tip: Always book a soak-off if you’ve got shellac or regular polish still on.

  • If anything chips, breaks or lifts within 7 days, we’ll fix it for free!


    Just keep in mind — aftercare and lifestyle play a big role. Don’t use your nails as tools or soak them in hot water for 48 hours post-appointment.

    • BIAB: Strengthens natural nails. Flexible and ideal for people wanting to grow out their nails.

    • GEL X: Lightweight pre-formed tips. Soak-off friendly.

    • Shellac: UV/LED cured polish. Sleek and low bulk.

    • Acrylics: Long-lasting and sculpted. Rigid but strong.

    • Polygel: Gel–acrylic hybrid. Lightweight and flexible.

    • Regular Polish: Short-term colour. Remove at home easily.

    • Mini: Nail tidy, cuticle prep, and a scrub

    • Manicure: Nail tidy, cuticle prep, scrub and massage with lotion

    • Deluxe: Nail tidy, cuticle prep, scrub, massage and mask (cooling mask in summer, paraffin wax mask in the winter)

    Hot tip: If you’re wanting just your nails tidied up and painted without the extras, book a ‘Nail Tidy’.

  • Choose this option if you wanted colour applied, without the extras (scrub, massage and mask) of a manicure!

    This includes trimming and shaping the nails, cleaning up the cuticles, and applying the colour after.

  • Yes. For clients with HEMA allergies or sensitivities, we offer a curated range of HEMA-free polish, BIAB, and acrylic options — at no extra charge.

    If your nails aren’t suited to a specific service, we’ll tell you. We will never recommend something that could damage your nails.

  • We limit drill use as much as possible and prioritise manual filing. It’s gentler on your nails, reduces heat sensitivity, and helps us maintain your natural nail strength. Let us know if you’re extra sensitive and we’ll accomodate! No “rings of fire” here — ever.

  • We take hygiene seriously. All tools are washed with warm soapy water, scrubbed with disinfectant, and metal tools are placed in a UV steriliser for 20 minutes.

    While salons aren’t required to sterilise tools, we go the extra step to ensure your safety.

    • Dry Pedi: This focuses on colour application, excluding the added benefits for a spa pedicure (Scrub, massage, and mask).

      Includes tidying and shaping of the nails, cuticle care, and colour application.

    • Spa Pedi: Full soak, scrub, massage, mask, and colour application. More relaxation and care.
      We also offer tiered options: Express Pedicure, Pedicure and Deluxe Pedicure.

    • Shellac: 2–3 weeks

    • BIAB & Acrylics: Up to 4–5 weeks
      We recommend infills every 3–4 weeks to keep your nails strong and avoid lifting.

  • Absolutely. We love creating custom designs and welcome your inspiration photos or ideas. Whether you want something minimal, bold or totally unique, we’ll help you bring your vision to life.

    Our artists are experienced in a wide range of techniques and will always work within the shape, length, and condition of your natural nails.

  • Our facials are tailored to your skin’s needs. If you’re unsure what to book, choose a general facial and we’ll customise it during your appointment.

  • Yes — we offer dedicated consults or can include this in your facial. We take time to understand your skin before recommending anything.

Skin & Facial Services

  • It’s normal to lose a few lashes a day — that’s just your natural cycle. Most clients enjoy their set for 2–4 weeks depending on care.
    We offer infills at 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks.


    Heads up: If 60–70% of lashes are gone, it’s time for a full set.

    • Classic: One lash applied per natural lash. Gives the most natural look.

    • Hybrid: Combo of Classic and Volume. Slightly fuller.

    • Volume: Lightweight fans for a fluffy effect. More dramatic than Hybrids or Classics.

    • Mega Volume: All the drama.

    • Wet/Wispy: Textured, trendy, and spiky.

      We invite you to send us an inspiration photo, and we’ll make sure you’re booked for the right look and time.

      Our lash techs can also advise you which styles would best suit your eye shape and goals.

    • Lash Lift: Perming your natural lashes to keep it looking curled, and fuller. It can last up to 6-8 weeks. Tint is included in this service.

    • Lash Extensions: Adds volume and length. Great for glam, but needs upkeep.

    • Lamination: Makes brows look fuller. Great for sparse brows. Perming the brows to help them sit in your desired shape so that you don’t have to do it yourself.

    • Henna: Vegan, stains skin (14 days) and hair (6 weeks). Best for dry skin.

    • Hybrid Tint: Stains skin (up to 10 days) and hair (6 weeks). Best for oily skin/ active lifestyles.

    • Tint Only: Subtle tint on hairs. Lasts 3–4 weeks.

    • Threading vs Waxing: Threading = precision. Waxing = faster.

    • Brow Lamination: Includes wax and regular tint.

    • Specialised Brow Lamination: Includes wax and hybrid tint.

  • We recommend removing contact lenses before your lash appointment, especially for lash extensions or lash lifts. This helps avoid any irritation and allows your eyes to remain closed and relaxed during the service. Please bring a lens case and solution if needed.

    Note: Our lash tech reserves the right to cancel the lash extension appointment if contacts are worn.

Lash & Brow Services

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made after this window will incur a 25% fee. To process this, we will have to get your card details. Your card will be securely stored while on a call with us — you’ll receive an email confirmation that this has happened. Once the fee has been processed, all of your card details will be removed from our system. We never store card details unless we’ve been given permission.

  • If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If our technician determines there’s not enough time to complete the service without affecting the next client, we’ll have to cancel your appointment.

    In this case, our cancellation policy (25% fee) will apply. Please aim to arrive 5 minutes early to avoid any stress!

  • You don’t need to know everything before booking. If you’re unsure what’s right for you, feel free to book the closest match — we’ll always consult with you on the day and adjust if needed.

    You can also give us a call/ message and we will assist!

  • Absolutely. You can combine nail, brow, lash, or facial services in one visit. If you're unsure how much time to allow, contact us and we’ll help coordinate it.

  • Yes! We love treating our loyal clients. Every visit earns you points that can be redeemed for discounts or free upgrades.

  • We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all staff and clients. We will not tolerate:
